Confusing charges and jerk staff!


I am utterly confused on their prices & billing cycles. I just paid for an "upgrade" and started over with my membership at the beginning of the month. Then I went in a week later, and the snooty purse-mouth working at the front told me IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS that my credit card was rejected, and I could not tan, unless I paid AGAIN! I asked her, "what did I just pay for a week ago?" She couldn't answer me. She just sat there with her tiny mouth, staring. I am utterly baffled at their billing cycles. If they would explain their prices, and billing cycles MORE than trying to upsell customers on lousy upgrades & overprices lotions (which you can order online for next to nothing) we wouldn't have any problems. Overall, I am not too happy with this place. Furthermore, I don't like the attitude of that purse-mouth working the counter. Could she look any more miserable? Would a smile every now & then crack her face open? Freaking miserable jerk! GEEZ!
